United StatesThis has changed my life
I think this is a wonderful way to find optimum health. I had been dry brushing for about 3 months and then I found enmarie brushes and they are far superior to the ones I was using. They are so attractive I do not mind having them out so I remember to use them. In some cultures doctors examine your tongue first to assess health. And, the best part is that my tongue is now clear and healthy. I attribute this change to my dry brush routine.
