Anna Quindlen and Off-Loading Perfectionism

My daughter came home with a weekend assignment from her Language and Composition class to watch the following video of Anna Quindlen's Commencement Speech delivered at Mount Holyoke College in June of 1999. It has made its way all over the internet, but even 20 years later, her message of off-loading perfectionism is still fresh. In the spirit of self-care, it is appropriate to share.
