- How is Dry Brushing good for the skin?
Dry Brushing is a natural skin exfoliator. The skin naturally sheds the outer layer of dead skin cells about every 30 days. Exfoliation simply accelerates what the skin does on its own and can make skin look and feel better. Skin shedding slows as you get older, and this can result in dry, flaky, and itchy skin. Exfoliation brings newer, healthier skin cells to the surface. These younger cells hold water to a greater degree and allow moisturizers to penetrate better. Dry brush massage stimulates blood flow and the lymph nodes to deliver nutrients to the skin and banish waste and toxins from the body. Dry Brushing is best carried out before a bath or shower to wash off the impurities.

Care: Clean bristles with gentle soap and warm water. Stand on bristles to dry thoroughly. This will keep the wood from splitting. Store in a clean, dry place.
